There are many variables that go into the sale of a home. I can understand your frustration when you feel like you've done everything "right." You seem to have assumed staging was a waste of money, but if it didn't sell with staging, it's unlikely that it would have sold without it. Don't throw the "baby out with the bathwater" when you decide to put it back on the market, and please consider the other factors that influence how fast a home sells. NO SALE!!! If I had it to do over again, I would NOT stage!
